Another electronic library this month from Blind Audio (distributed via Loopmasters) is Elysium. Taking on the deep, melodic end of ambient music with 95 loops and 140 one-shots in total, Elysium screams atmosphere and style. The 42 melodic loops have the potential to be good jumping off points for new arrangements. The ten atmos piano loops are good companions for solos and main melodies. I love how they sound like they were recorded in a chamber. The ten hypnotic drum loops have so many ambiences in them that they can used as effects. In the one-shot folder, the samples are prepped to be used in sample players. You can load these, create your own instruments and save them as sampler patches. The only disadvantage is they are not multi samples. Furthermore, the drum hits are well recorded and varies in sound. Overall, this is a good mini sample pack with decent amount of content that will help you spark new ideas.
